Our Lightning Lunch Bootcamp classes are designed to get you in and out of the gym quickly, over your lunch hour!  Classes meet on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 12-12:45 PM.  Stop by the first one and try it out, for FREE!

The bootcamp-style programming of our Lightning Lunch series features rowing, running, biking, kettlebell & dumbbell work and many body weight movements.  It’s a great option for both beginners and advanced members alike!
